Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website) transfers to the client upon full payment. ZyntelAI retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment

Client Responsibilities
